Land Rover launch the Premiership Rugby Cup with Harlequins

Kyle Sinckler and Dave Ward were in attendance for the successful Harlequins Community run Premiership Rugby Land Rover Cup Festival at Kneller Hall. Land Rover have shown how businesses can successfully engage with community rugby to boost brand awareness and create a great festival for aspiring young rugby players.
The superb day held in the shadows of the home of English Rugby, Twickenham Stadium, saw over 30 U11 and U12 teams from all over the South East of England compete for the Land Rover Cup.
Winners Rosslyn Park FC U12s and Winchester U11s both won a trip to Twickenham Stadium for the Aviva Premiership Rugby Final on Saturday 26th May 2018.
Harlequins players Kyle Sinckler and Dave Ward were on hand to cheer on the teams and hand out the trophies.
“Me and Dave (Ward) have come down to have a look at the local talent and it’s been a great day out,” said the England, Harlequins and British & Irish Lions Prop.
“Without grassroots rugby there’s no elite level” – Kyle Sinckler
It’s great to see Land Rover investing in the next generation of rugby players and supporting community clubs with this event.
SNAP have developed our online portal which helps local rugby clubs like the ones competing at the Land Rover Cup Festival.
