At SNAP Sponsorship, we believe every Woman & Girl deserves the chance to play, compete, and thrive in sport. But the reality is that too many are being left behind.

Research from Women in Sport reveals that 43% of girls who once saw themselves as ‘sporty’ give up sport after primary school. And according to the Women’s Sports Foundation, by the age of 14, girls are dropping out of sport at twice the rate of boys.

One key reason? A lack of funding.

Without significant financial support, many grassroots women’s and girls’ clubs struggle to afford facilities, kit, and coaching, meaning thousands of potential athletes never get the chance to shine.
